RUSSIAN OPEN DANCESPORT CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022

As part of the all-Russian dance sport competition RUSSIAN OPEN DANCESPORT CHAMPIONSHIPS, held from October 17 to 23 at the Crocus Expo IEC, the FTSARR Open competition in the American Smooth discipline, which is an SRDS rating tournament, was held.

47 couples took part in the Smooth tournament. To date, this is a record for the number of par-smooth players in one championship.

In the Children 2+1 category, 21 dance duets appeared on the floor, 12 couples in the Juniors 2+1 category, and 14 duets in the Adults + Youth category.

We are delighted with the number of participants dancing Smooth, their level of dance and technical performance of the American Smooth discipline. We thank the coaches and students for their joint work.

SRDS company expresses its deep gratitude to the Federation of Dance Sports and Acrobatic Rock and Roll and dance duets for supporting the Smus discipline and its active development.
