SRDS brings together Olga Krasnyanskaya’s invaluable ten years of experience and Eldar Dzhafarov’s twenty years of professional experience in dance.

Olga is a two-time Blackpool Festival Smooth champion in the Pro-Am category, a World Show Dance Champion and the winner of many international Pro-Am competitions. Olga Krasnyanskaya chairs the RTS American Smooth committee.

Eldar is a World and European Professional Ten Dance Champion, a World Professional Ballroom Show Dance Champion and the winner of many international amateur and professional competitions.

In 2018, Olga and Eldar jointly founded the company SRDS, which gave rise to the professional development of the American Smooth dance direction in Russia and Europe.

Thanks to the support of Alexey Mikhailovich Mindel, the first International Smooth Congress was held in 2017 at the GallaDance Dance Clubs in Russia. On April 22, 2018, as part of the Champions' Ball competition, the first international professional Smooth tournament was held - Open to the World American Smooth Trophy, bringing together couples from America, Great Britain, China, Poland, Ukraine, Italy, Russia and has since become an annual event. This date became the starting point in the history of the creation of the professional Smooth movement and the development of the SRDS company.

As a result of the fruitful cooperation between SRDS and RTS, the American Smooth Championship among RTS professionals was held in October. On October 27, 2018, SRDS couples appeared on the parquet floor of the Kremlin Palace for the first time. This was truly a historic and special event for the company. We express special gratitude to Stanislav Grigorievich Popov for his participation and personal support in the history of the development of Smus in Russia and the SRDS company.

An important event in the history of SRDS development was the 10th Open International Festival of RTS “Winter Star”, organized by Vlad Borodinov and Denis Donskoy. It was at this site in February 2019 that the presentation of the children's project of the SRDS company - “KIDS SMOOTH” took place. Thanks to their cooperation, the first Russian SRDS Championship among children was held. The decision to create a children's project for the company became fateful, giving impetus to a new stage in the development of Smus in Russia.

On April 25, 2019, SRDS presented the “KIDS SMOOTH” project at the most important dance venue in the world - at the Blackpool Festival - The Junior Dance Blackpool Festival. Four couples presented a show based on American Smooth, which caused a stir and unprecedented public interest in this direction.

In 2019, SRDS became the owner of the exclusive right to use DVIDA (dancevision) training programs, a leader in online learning both in America and abroad. Thanks to the support of the President of DVIDA Wayne Eng, professional class division and American Smooth online training have appeared in Russia on the srdsrussia.com and dvida.ru platforms, which work successfully and show incredible results in increasing the levels of couples dancing. Also, SRDS and DVIDA are actively promoting the joint project KIDS SMOOTH.

In the history of SRDS development, March 14-15, 2020 is especially worth noting. It was on this day that the first official RTS championships among juveniles and juniors were held at Crocus Expo.

A significant date for SRDS is September 5, 2020. It was on this day that, thanks to the President of the Federation of Dance Sports and Acrobatic Rock and Roll (FTSARR) Nadezhda Viktorovna Erastova, the official announcement of joint cooperation between SRDS and FTSARR to promote and develop the American Smooth dance direction was made in order to make it attractive for both mass sports and elite sports. The joint work of SRDS and FTSARR opens up prospects for the inclusion of the American Smooth direction in the Russian Register of Sports as a dance sport discipline. On the same day, the SRDS/DVIDA children's educational program in Russia was presented.

On December 5, 2021, the first ever WDSF PD World Cup for American Smooth will take place as part of the Moscow Ball competition in Moscow. 11 professional dance couples from 3 countries took part in the tournament.

It was the SRDS company that was able to unite professional dance couples of two federations - RTS and FTSARR - on one floor.

To date, there are more than 30 tournaments, including the SRDS World Championship, which was held in Dubai as part of the Crown Cup Dubai in 2020, and more than 10 International Congresses, which were held in Europe, Asia, America and Russia under the auspices of SRDS.
