The Blackpool Dance Festival 2024
The grandiose The Blackpool Dance Festival 2024 took place in the UK in the final week of May. All fans of dance art, professional and amateur dancers, the elite of the dance world and experts gathered in the legendary Winter Gardens Blackpool. For the 98th time, The Blackpool Dance Festival welcomes the world's best couples to the floor. In addition to the competitive part, the festival program always includes lectures and master classes with the best experts and teachers of the dance world.
On May 24, co-founders of the SRDS company Olga Krasnyanskaya and Eldar Dzhafarov, in collaboration with Dance Vision and the Global Smooth company, successfully held the first ever evening dedicated to the professional Smooth movement.
This year, Eldar Dzhafarov and Anna Sazhina, six-carat world champions in ballroom dancing, completed their professional dancing careers, and also acted as judges at the famous The Blackpool Dance Festival.
Professional SRDS couples are a special pride of our company. This year, 15 professional couples from all over the world took to the floor at The Blackpool Dance Festival 2024, and both Russian couples made it to the grand finale, worthy of representing our country on the world dance stage.
