The long-awaited SRDS tournament

The long-awaited SRDS North Star Professional Smooth Championship 2020 tournament took place in the Northern capital! For the first time in such a long time, the best couples of the professional division and Pro Am gathered in the cozy dance hall of the Holiday Inn Moscow Gate hotel.

The SRDS American Smooth rating tournament became one of the highlights of the evening section of the competition. The applause of the audience and the smiles of the participants is what makes our couples proud and creates an incredibly warm atmosphere in the hall.

We are especially pleased to note that couples came from different parts of our country to represent the SRDS company and the Smooth style.

The places in the standings were distributed as follows:

1st place – Vitaly Matusyak and Anastasia Kryukova

2nd place – Evgeny Kuznetsov and Elena Mitina

3rd place – Alexey Gaiduk and Anna Buvina

4th place – Igor Minko and Marina Suprunova

This was the first tournament after the protracted pandemic, which both we, as co-organizers, and the participating couples were looking forward to with special trepidation. We can safely say that the SRDS North Star Professional Smooth Championship 2020 was held in a complete feeling of happiness and true pleasure from dancing.
