“SMUS Dance Teacher” - a project to improve coaching skills in the discipline of SMUS for the regions of the Volga Federal District

The SRDS company and our partners ANO "Alliance of Dance Sports and Art" won a grant from the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives "Dance Teacher SMUS", within the framework of which we will develop the excellent dance direction Smus.

“SMUS Dance Teacher” is a project to improve coaching skills in the SMUS discipline for the regions of the Volga Federal District.

This year has been declared the year of the mentor, and we are very pleased that teaching in this discipline is actively continuing its work.

Enrollment for the First Interregional School “SMUS Dance Teacher” is ongoing until April 30, 2023!

The regions of the Volga Federal District have great potential in the development and promotion of SMUS. A clear proof of this was the recent Russian Championships in the SMUS discipline, where the Volga Federal District was already represented by seven pairs. Therefore, if you want professional development, are interested in improving your qualifications in the new direction of SMUS, want to teach and develop SMUS in your dance schools, unleash your creative and leadership potential, achieve professional results and represent your region at tournaments and championships in the SMUS discipline - fill out an application on the website dancecheb.ru and become the first participants in the School.

As part of the project, in June 2023, an intensive training course on SMUS (master classes and group classes) will be held with Russia’s leading trainers and mentors in the SMUS direction: Six-time Russian champions, Alexei Polovnikov and Olga Shcherbina, as well as the founder of the SMUS sports direction in Russia and abroad, founder and teacher of the SRDS company, Eldar Dzhafarov.

The training will take place on the basis of a modern tourist complex located near the city of Cheboksary. Participants who submitted applications and were selected by the expert council will be able to take part in the training intensive for free.

WHAT DO SCHOOL PARTICIPANTS GET?
