Presentation of Smooth Kids at the Open International Festival RTS “Winter Star”

The 10th Open International Festival of RTS “Winter Star” is the second tournament this year for SRDS, which will remain a red page in the history of our company, as well as in the history of the dance world. It was here, on the floor of this tournament, that the world’s first presentation of children’s “Smooth” took place. Amazing lightness, grace, sincerity, along with excellent leg technique, flexibility of the arms, clear vertical, touching and temperament in closed and open patterns were demonstrated by our best Juvenile children's couples. And for this impression and enjoyment of what we saw, for this delightful and professional presentation, many thanks to our young athletes and, of course, their parents!

And we are very glad that this happened on this site, at this tournament, the organizers of which for 10 years, professing freedom, professionalism, love and dedication, not only gave the opportunity to sports couples and Pro-AM couples to test themselves, to get a “way out” of their hard work by presenting dance, but to raise a galaxy of children’s couples, leading their movement (thanks to Captain Borough...), but also to enter the expanses of the Blackpool Festival, having won victories! Many thanks to all the organizers...

We will be happy to hold a children's tournament as part of this festival in the future and make this a good and long tradition.

And after the presentation of this direction by children, professionals entered the site as part of the Moscow Open Smooth Championship, where the places were distributed as follows:

3rd place – Vitaly Matusyak - Anastasia Kryukova

4th place – Alexey Shershnev - Valeria Zakharova

5th place – Roman Popov - Anastasia Popova

Our adult athletes, as always, brought great pleasure to the audience and aroused interest among the judges, presenting a new discipline, in a new capacity, since our athletes are improving their professional level every day, and this is gratifying to watch! Since we have the WDC World Cup among professionals ahead of us in Moldova, we look to the future with hope. We hope that our country, with the help of our sports couples, will definitely enter not only the final part of the competition, but also take prizes!
