Azerbaijan Dance Festival 2025: Baku has once again become the capital of world dance
From October 30 to November 2, the grand Azerbaijan Dance Festival 2025 was held in Baku - a real celebration of art, inspiration and cultural unity, bringing together the best dancers from all over the world on one stage. 💎
The festival was traditionally organized by the Azerbaijan Dance Union (AZDC) headed by the President - People's Artist of Azerbaijan Tarana Muradova and SRDS under the leadership of Olga Krasnyanskaya and Eldar Dzhafarov.
Prestigious competitions took place on the JW Marriott Absheron Baku floor:
- WDC European Professional Smooth Championships
- WDC AL World Smooth Championships
- SRDS Super Trophy Ranking Series
💎 Gala evening “Night of Dancing Diamonds”
On October 31, the audience witnessed a magnificent show - “Night of the Dancing Diamonds”, which this year acquired a special sound.
The gala evening was dedicated to the anniversary of the People's Artist of Azerbaijan Tarana Muradova, whose name has become a symbol of inspiration and development of dance art in Azerbaijan and far beyond its borders. 🌹
✨ Historic day of the festival
November 1 became the main competition day and went down in history: for the first time, within the framework of the WDC and Azerbaijan Dance Festival, the World Smooth Championships were held in all age categories, as well as the European Championship among professionals in Smooth.
The finale of the busy day was a gala dinner and dance evening, where participants and guests were able to share the atmosphere of joy, success and friendship.
