Ball of real Champions in Moscow: SRDS American Smooth Trophy Championship

Last weekend, after a two-year break, the Champions’ Ball tournament, beloved by the entire dance community, took place in the capital again, and as part of it, the SRDS company held the long-awaited Open to the world American Smooth Trophy. This Championship among professional dancers was first held in 2018 here at the Champions Ball, and for SRDS and all dance lovers it became the starting point for the emergence and beginning of the development of professional sports American Smooth in Russia.

It was incredibly nice to see the best couples competing in the Smooth discipline again on the most beautiful floor in the country. The judges noted how professional the couples have grown and how rapidly this style is developing. We can safely say that the time without tournaments was not in vain for the smoothies - the level of dancing and skill of the couples was also noted by the audience, giving a crazy ovation.

We would like to note Mikhail and Daria, they made their debut in the American Smooth discipline as professionals, until this moment the couple danced in the Pro Am category.
